We are sad to announce the death on 3rd April 2025 of Lifetime Windmiler Olwen Seear, much loved by many Windmilers over decades. Olwen joined the Windmilers in 1985 and her involvement in the Windmiler Coaching area is impossible to overstate. Spring has definitely sprung, so it is nearly time for the Surrey Road League. This is a series of road races over varying distances. You need to enter individually, using the links below, and put Windmilers as your club. The organisers then use the results to work out Team and Individual points in all age categories. Windmiler Doreen Offredi, 1928-2025

Doreen running the London marathon in 2004 Doreen celebrating another London marathon with longstanding Windmilers Judy and Patrick Tam in 2002 We are sad to say that longstanding Windmiler Doreen Offredi passed away on 26th February 2025, aged 96. Although she did not start running until age 58, Doreen was a familiar sight at Windmiler runs and races for many years.
