Updated club privacy statement, December 2023

The club committee approved an updated club privacy statement on 4th December 2023. The club’s privacy statement is our public statement on which member data we collect and why we collect it. The statement specifies the legal bases under which we process different categories of member data and the reasons we process the data under each legal basis. Swimming block update!

Monday sessions Mondays 20:00-21:00 Wimbledon College We are hoping to start on 8 January 2024 (the pool has been closed recently due to refurbishment but should reopen then). What does it involve?   A mixture of drills and a main set – like Wednesday session – or an opportunity for a more focused group on drills technique. Green Belt Relays

It’s back! And we hope it will become a firm favourite in the WW calendar. The Green Belt Relay is confirmed for the weekend of 18-19th May 2024. Last year we entered a team of 11 runners to participate in this fantastic event organised by The Stragglers. It’s a very popular event, with over 50 teams competing last year. On Thursday 30 Nov we’re running in the dark on Wimbledon Common! This is a timed run with headtorches, suitable for all speeds and experiences. We also need lots of volunteers to put this on.
