Wimbledon Windmilers Cross Country plus call for Volunteers

The start of the Cross Country season is approaching fast. On the 14th October we have 2 races

The Women are at Reigate Priory Park,  The Men are at Wimbledon Common

These races are for everyone so if you would like to run please contact the respective Team Captains (Men or Women)

3 Mile Handicap

The next round of the 3 Mile Handicap will take place on Tuesday 27th June at the Windmill.

First Time? Register from 6.45. the rest please tick your name on the registration sheets.

The race starts at 7.15.

Windmiler Club Championships 5K and 10K - 10am Sunday 6 November from the Windmill

We want as many members to join us for these FREE and friendly races on a 5K loop on Wimbledon Common and Putney Heath,

3 Mile Handicap Series - final race Tuesday 30th August 7pm Windmill

The final race in the summer handicap series - who will be the winners?
All speeds more than welcome at this race which will be followed by a social gathering at a local pub.

No training on this night (don't go to the Rugby Club).

Surrey road relays on Saturday 3rd September

Surrey County Road Relay Championships

The Surrey Road Relays take place at the Wimbledon Park track at 12pm on Saturday 3rd September. This is usually a very competitive and popular fixture run over a 3-mile lap and hopefully we can get some good teams out as in previous years.

We have one spare place for the men's teams so please get in touch asap if you would like to run.




Parkland Relays - 7pm Weds. 25th May Richmond Park

One of the most popular events on our annual calendar – the Parkland Relays in Richmond Park - returns on Wednesday 25 May (7pm start). The Windmilers fielded almost 20 teams last year and all members are very welcome to sign up for this year’s edition.

Surrey Road League Series

In the blink of an eye, it’s time to bid a fond farewell to a successful cross country season and welcome the return of the Surrey Road League series for 2016.  With distances ranging from 5k to half marathon, there is something for everyone to get involved, but don't delay entering as some races are known to fill up in advance.

Parkland Relays success

The Windmilers had a very enjoyable and successful night at the Parkland Relays on Wednesday, racing to fourth place against highly-competitive fields in both men&;s and women&;s races and claiming the men&;s vets prize for the second year running.
