Core/Rehab Session (@ Track)

The session involves lying and kneeling on the ground, some people like to bring a mat to lie on.

For weights we tend to use whatever bag people are carrying, but a water bottle which you can fill could be also used as a weight.

There are also a few exercises which benefit from resistance bands though they are not essential.
