Core/Rehab Session (@Track)

A low impact session with some mobility, core, hip and glute strengthening.

Suitable for anyone who doesn't want to run for whatever reason. Maybe you are returning from injury or want an easy option before a long run planned for Sunday.

This can be fit in after a track session or parkrun.

Bring resistance bands if you have them and if you don't want to lie on the grass or track then bring a mat.
