RUN&TALK Sunday 24 May

Join us this Sunday 24 May for a RUN&TALK session supporting good mental health and well-being. This will be a hybrid event. The Run: Participants go out for an individual 5k run (or as far as you feel comfortable) on Wimbledon Common or any other favourite running spot on Sunday morning (whatever time suits you). Please respect social distancing guidelines. Virtual Coffee & Cake: After our runs, we'll return home to join the traditional post-run coffee and cake chat session on Zoom at 12.45pm for 1pm.
