#runandtalk Sunday 16 February

Following the success of the Windmilers' first #RunAndTalk event in November, our second event will take place on Sunday 16 February at 10 o'clock from the Windmill. Please note that it will replace the usual Sunday social runs. It will be a relatively short moderately paced run designed to give us plenty of opportunities for having great conversations and getting to know each other better. Following the run, we encourage everyone to continue those conversations afterwards in the Windmill Tea Rooms.  

For anyone not aware, RunAndTalk is part of England Athletics programme which aims to improve mental well-being through running. It aims to:

get people talking about mental health, sharing their experiences and removing stigma.

provide support and guidance to raise awareness of mental health problems.

support people experiencing mental health problems to be physically active through running
