THE COURSE The course will mostly follow established paths on grass parkland. There will be some short sections across rough grass. The top of the park around the start and finish should be reasonably firm under foot, but the lower, southern edge will be heavier if there has been significant rainfall. The lap is just over 3km. Race 1 will be 2 laps about 6.3km and Race 2 - 3 Laps – 9.4km. The course will be good for spectators. Much of the course is visible from the top of the hill close to the start and finish and runners will pass the finish area twice on every lap.
