RunThrough Hyde Park

Four laps of Hyde Park in nice running conditions. My "plan" had me run sub 55 minutes at the London Winter event two weeks ago, but starting four waves too late I spent 10km trying to find gaps (I was jumping over the legs of the metal barriers to find space towards the end which in hindsight wasn't the most sensible idea). Decided the day after that perhaps dropping some weight may help, so 12 days later and 4 kilos lighter, today went to plan. Will probably regain much of that eating and drinking tonight! Lynn was running with some niggles after a busy previous seven days (parkrun, half marathon, 7k recovery run, core strength session, 10k and a 700m swim ... Pilates trainer was on holiday meaning Friday was free!), so took it steady running around her target time also.
