Want a change from the Parkrun? try Windmilers' track training!

We'd love to welcome newcomers and old hands to Wimbledon Park Track on Saturday mornings - old hands, note the new start time of 10 am, get there 09.50 to be ready to start promptly.  If you've never tried it before, come in good time & chat to the coach before we start, the sessions are suitable for runners of all speeds. Any questions contact enquiry@windmilers.org.uk

Typically the session will last around 90 minutes, and will include warm up drills, a main set, and cool down exercises (stretches and some core exercises).  Runners often go to the cafe in Wimbledon Park afterwards for a chat. 

No question is too obvious or too trivial, do let us know if you are thinking about coming but are not sure.  We will try to help!
