Introduction to track Saturday 6 January

This Saturday we are putting on an introductory session, 9.30 at Wimbledon Park Track - slightly shorter than usual to tempt newcomers to try it out, as well as provide a suitable session for track regulars.  There'll be a warm up, drills, a main set consisting of 400 m reps with 200m recovery, followed by cool down, some core exercises and stretching.
