A slight change in 2016 sees the race moved from its traditional Saturday slot, to Sunday.

12.00 SENIOR WOMEN 8km (for teams of 4 to score and individuals aged at least 19 on 31.08.2015). There is a cut-off time of 60 minutes for this race.
12.50 Men Under 17 and Men Under 20
13.20 Women Under 17 and Women Under 20
13.45 SENIOR MEN 12km (for teams of 6 to score and individuals aged at least 19 on 31.8.2015). There is a cut-off time of 90 minutes for this race.

RACE INFORMATION
Please note there is no changing accommodation at the course. Cars must be parked in Aviva (formerly Friends Provident) car park on the other side of the A24, near Dorking station. Refreshments will be available in the Vinery cafeteria and medal presentations will take place near the start/finish area.

ENTRY FEES
£5 per individual entrant (no team fees and no late entries) - fees are covered by the club so please check your availability before signing up.

SURREY ELIGIBILITY
All athletes taking part must have either been born in Surrey or have residential claim. Surrey qualification rules can be found at http://www.surreyathletics.org.uk/qualification/qualification.htm

CLUB VESTS MUST BE WORN

TEAM COMPETITION RULES
To be eligible for Team Competition within the County the athlete must:
(i) have a Surrey qualification
(ii) only run in the team of their 1st claim club amongst clubs affiliated to the County. (This allows an athlete whose first claim club is NOT affiliated to the County to run in the team of a club affiliated to the County).
(iii) not be under any ‘Hardships’ procedure between clubs both affiliated to the County.
