Windmilers AGM change of date to Tuesday 5 January 2016

The Windmilers AGM will now take place on Tuesday 5 January 2016 at 7.30pm at Wimbledon Rugby Club. Please save the date – this is your chance to have your say in the running of the club. The AGM will also set membership fees for the next year, and elect the club's management committee and other non-committee posts.

The formal agenda, reports etc will be sent out nearer the time. Papers will
be sent by email unless you specifically ask to receive hard copies in the
post. If you are planning to put forward any motions which require amendments
to the constitution, please email them to the Secretary, Anas Hassan, at
mailto:secretary@windmilers.org.uk by Tuesday 8 December (The constitution is available in the Members/Files & Documents section of the website - you will
need to login to see this area).

Ordinary motions not requiring changes to the constitution should be
submitted to the Secretary at the above email address no later than 7 days
before the AGM (i.e. by Tuesday 29 December).
