Club sessions from 26 July
Coach Norman Urquia has started to offer a low-impact (no running) core conditioning & rehab session on Saturday mornings. This is timed so that anyone who has run beforehand i.e. at track or parkrun can also join in. It’s also suitable for those in rehab from injury, planning a long run the next day or returning to fitness.
