Weekly summary of Windmiler training sessions

Due to Covid restrictions, all coached training sessions currently require advance registration and are only for members. Please go to the 'Calendar' or 'Training Sessions' column on the right side of the screen to find the registration links. 

In normal times we have a packed training schedule in and around Wimbledon. However, not all of these sessions are currently possible as official club activities, so please check the calendar or look at the training sessions area of the site to see what is being offered, rather than relying on the information here.

Monday Evening Swimming 2 x 1 hour sessions for varying abilities
Tuesday Evening Running - Speed endurance
Tuesday Evening PROtraining - progressive training for all speeds
Wednesday Evening Cycling (Spring/summer only)
Thursday Evening Running - Hill and other training
Saturday Morning Running - Track training
Saturday Morning Cycling - Various rides & groups
Sunday Morning Running - Long & Social runs (suitable for all, some coached some not) 
Sunday Morning Cycling - Various rides & groups
Sunday Morning Swimming - Open water swims (Spring/Summer only)
