An updated version of the Finance and Membership policy was approved by the committee on 24th July 2025 and is posted on the Club Policies page (member-only content).
The policy was changed as follows:
- Updated to accommodate the 2025 AGM decision to subsidise the cost of swimming sessions from member-ship income.
- Clarify club process in relation to setting the annual budget and making changes to the budget during the year
- Clarify club process in relation to self-funded activities
