The Wimbledon Windmilers Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 3rd March 2025 at 19:30. The location is Wimbledon Rugby Football Club, Barham Road, SW20 0ET. The bar will be open after the meeting, with pizza. Our Annual General Meeting serves to summarise the club’s activities and highlights over the past year, the status of club finances, to make decisions about what our club does and how it is run, and to elect the committee for the coming year.

Please send any proposed AGM motions to the Secretary by 3rd February.

AGM motions are generally used to vote on changes in the club constitution or to request action. Please be specific as you can about what you are requesting. Motions will be reproduced in the club’s Annual Report, which will be posted in the members area of the club website by 10th February.

Committee role descriptions are posted in the members area* of the club website at windmilers.org.uk/club-policies/ All positions are up for election and some committee members are not standing for re-election, so do contact a committee member if you are interested to join the committee. If you would like to stand for a committee role (or stand again for a role you are already in), please let the Chair or Secretary know in advance, by 28th February.
