Club Codes of Conduct – please read and accept them
This is a reminder to all members that, if you haven’t already done so when you renewed your club membership, could you please ensure you have read the relevant club code of conduct and ticked the box online to say that you accept it.
Please do this for your club so that we can remain affiliated with England Athletics, our governing body. These are normal codes of respectful behaviour towards one another that we agree as members of the club. Please note that by joining the club or renewing your club membership you implicitly confirm your adherence to the code of conduct. We need people to still confirm using the EA portal, but not accepting the terms does not mean you are exempt.
Most members only need to read & accept the senior athletes code of conduct, however club Coaches, Volunteers, Parents of under-18s, Under-18s and Welfare officers may have a second code to read and accept. If you want to check which code(s) you have read & accepted, please go to your membership profile at https://myathleticsportal.englandathletics.org/ where you can read the relevant code and tick that you accept it.
The codes are also posted on the club policies page of the Windmilers website.
