The Wimbledon Windmilers Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 13th March 2023 at 19:30. The location this year is Wimbledon Rugby Football Club, Barham Road, SW20 0ET. The bar will be open after the meeting, with buffet food. To help us to plan for seating and food, please register your intention to attend via the Eventbrite link sent to all members by email, where you can also see the proposed agenda for the evening.

Our Annual General Meeting serves to summarise the club’s activities and highlights over the past year, the status of club finances, to make decisions about what our club does and how it is run, and to elect the committee for the coming year. The club’s annual report and financial statements will be posted at by 19th February.

Please send any proposed AGM motions to [email protected] by 12th February. AGM motions can be used to vote on changes in the club constitution or to request action relating to a non-constitutional matter. A motion is a way for members to bring forward matters of policy or issues of concern to the AGM which you would like to propose changes to and to see debated by the wider membership. The committee will review each submitted motion to ensure that the motions are clearly communicated to members and that there is a clear issue to vote on.

If you would like to stand for a committee role (or stand again for a role you are already in), please let the Chair or Secretary know in advance, by 5th March 2023, since standing on the day is no longer permitted.
