Welfare Officer Lorna has kindly updated our 2019 anti-bullying policy, to give us the February 2022 version now posted on the Club Policies page (member-only content). The changes are as follows:
- Updated according to the UKA anti-bullying policy of January 2020. The UKA policy is based on the policy provided to schools by KIDSCAPE, so Lorna has modified it to suit a family club with no under-18s section
- Expanded the description of bullying to include cyber-bullying and hate crimes
- The club’s anti-bullying procedure and recommended course of action remain unchanged
