Calling all members to get involved! The Wimbledon Windmilers Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 10th March 2022 at 19:30. The location is Wimbledon Village Club (Lingfield Room, upstairs), 26 Lingfield Road, Wimbledon, London, SW19 4QD.
Please send any proposed AGM motions to the Secretary. Motions proposing amendments to Club Rules stated in the club’s Constitution should be submitted by 9th February 2022. Other motions should be submitted by 2nd March 2021.
This year’s AGM will include a motion to approve an updated version of the Club Constitution, following the ongoing member consultation which closes on 28th February 2022. The current Constitution is available by logging into the Windmilers website at windmilers.org.uk/constitution/
