So nice to be back racing with the Ladies Team at the Road Relays (plus a good chat afterwards). Well done to our V55 “A” team of Karen Fenner, Caroline Helder and Debbie Richards who won a silver medal. There was also the added bonus of a couple of medals from the Road League: a silver for Tila Lomba in the 5k and an age category bronze for Caroline Helder in the 10 mile.
