The Windmilers are proud to support the England Athletics’ Run and Talk initiative focused on improving mental wellbeing through running. This year’s #RunAndTalk Week takes place from Monday 20 to Sunday 26 September – to coincide with World Gratitude Day on Tuesday 21 September. The Windmilers plan to organise Run and Talk Activities in that week and we are looking for volunteers to help plan and deliver this. It won’t be too time consuming and doesn’t require a long term commitment. If you would like to get involved please email us at [email protected]
