As we are sure you are aware, parkrun returns on Saturday 24th July after a long absence. If you are planning to participate but have been enjoying track, don’t think you need to miss out! Norman Urquia will leading a core strength / rehab session at 10:15 which you can combine with parkrun. Sign up separately on Eventbrite so the coaches know this is the session you want to join.

As mentioned above, from 1st August, the Sunday Social runs will not require any kind of pre-registration or

sign up. However, runners must be members who have completed their health forms or trialists that have similarly completed the health form i.e. been in touch with the Membership Secretaries.  There will be groups for 3, 5 and 7 miles – and a new trial 11 mile group. Start time for all runs will 09:30 so please gather on the green opposite the Windmill by 09:20 latest. This is a trial that we expect to review at the end of August – however we will keep it under constant surveillance.
