Cycling - Wednesday evenings (summer)

Summer only - Wednesdays at 7:15pm in Richmond Park -

2017 Summer Season schedule below.

Meeting at Pen Ponds Car Park - If entering the park at Robin Hood gate, go straight on eacross the roundabout and we are about 1km down the track.Wear club kit if you have it (and if the weather allows) 

26th April       Intro – Group riding and awareness, safety, triathlon rules. (3 mile time Trial)

3rd May        Hill Training -  Broomfield/Dark Hill reps in many new and exciting ways

10th May       Safe and speedy cornering technique

17th May       Transition/Brick session (speed session for non-runners)

24th May       Interval training.

31st May       Hill training - Broomfield/Dark Hill reps in many new and exciting ways

7th June       Bike skills workshop - eating drinking and dressing on 2 wheels

14th June      Single Lap time trial of Richmond Park

21st June      Transition/Brick session. (Speed session for non runners)

28th June      Technique refresher and 3 mile Time Trial

5th July        Speed/interval training

12th July       Hill Training - Broomfield/Dark Hill reps in even more new and exciting ways

29th July       Transition/Brick Session including 3 mile time trial, and one mile run trial.  (Speed session for non-runners)

26th July        Drills (in zero car zone) – e.g. single leg, nutrition on the move. Then full lap.

2nd August     Speed/Interval training

9th August    Hill training

16th August    Transition/Brick Session

23rd August    Speed/Interval training

30th August    Final End of season Time Trial (full lap)
