FAIRWAY-WARREN RISE

Session:

Start on corner of Burghley/Fairway for a steady climb of 150m, turn left into Neville Ave for approx 100m and turn right to climb 180m up Warren Rise, stopping at the triangle, Fitzgeorge Ave. Turn right round triangle for gentle jog recovery back to start. (You could stride out coming down Warren Rise to stretch out the hamstrings and also to practice running fast downhill).

FAIRWAY

Start on corner of Burghley/Fairway, finish at the top, Neville Ave.

WARREN RISE

Start on corner of Neville/Warren Rise by lamp post and hump. Run to top of hill and stop at triangle by Fitzgeorge Ave. Turn round triangle and stride out downhill to start position.

Variations:

Two sets of Warren Rise on its own (180m).
Start at corner of Neville/Warren Rise, by the lamp post. Finish at the top by the triangle.
